Orata Alla Ligure
Sea Bream Ligurian-style 香草煎鯛魚
材料:
4件 鯛魚柳
4湯匙 鹽
1湯匙 黑胡椒
3茶匙 初榨橄欖油
4瓣 大蒜
少許 羅勒葉 (伴碟)
調味汁料:
200克 車厘茄
5茶匙 利古厘亞橄欖
2小枝 迷迭香
4小枝 羅勒
1個 橙皮
4茶匙 酸豆
4茶匙 白酒
4茶匙 初榨橄欖油
