材料:
芋頭 – 400 g©mobichef.com
糯米粉 – 150 g
椰奶 – 50 ml
花生 – 100 g
砂糖 – 100 g©mobichef.com
做法:
1. 芋頭去皮,切件蒸約20分鐘。©mobichef.com
2. 同時,將花生炒香約5分鐘,攤涼後弄碎數分鐘,加入沙糖拌好,待用。
3. 拿出蒸好的芋頭,壓成蓉,趁熱加入一些糖和椰奶。©mobichef.com
4. 逐漸加入糖、椰奶和糯米粉, 拌勻至芋蓉不散開不黏手即可。
5. 芋蓉造型,中間鑲入花生糖,搓成長圓形。©mobichef.com

Petty擅長中國菜,當中更不少得的是她家傳的家鄉菜。學習法國菜後,她更將其融合中菜,因而在她的菜式中都顯現fusion特色。她是一位親切和藹的廚師,同時喜歡與人分享美食及烹飪心得。©mobichef.com
