新鮮椰絲 – 4 兩©mobichef.com
椰糖 – 60 克©mobichef.com
雞蛋 – 1 隻©mobichef.com
麵粉 – 210 克©mobichef.com
斑蘭汁 – 80 毫升©mobichef.com
水 – 200 毫升©mobichef.com
椰漿 – 適量©mobichef.com
煮法:
1. 篩好麵粉,加入雞蛋和斑蘭汁均。©mobichef.com
2. 慢慢加入水拌至稀身,用篩過瀘一次。©mobichef.com
3. 把椰糖加約10毫升水煮溶,加入椰絲煮至乾身備用。©mobichef.com
4. 落少許油到鑊上,每塊班戟需倒入約一湯勺面糊,煎熟約15秒後拿起。©mobichef.com
5. 放在碟上,放上椰絲包起,倒上椰漿,完成!©mobichef.com
Flora現時為MobiChef 的私人廚師之一。她出生在一個印尼華僑的家庭,祖父母開設兩間小型印尼餐館。肩負經營餐廳的母親就帶著小小的她到餐廳工作,因此她常笑說自己是個「在廚房長大的孩子」。在家庭的薰陶下,Flora 對烹調產生了興趣,長大後到廚藝學院正式學習烹飪,可惜現實餐廳廚房工作太吃力,故此一直只能跟身邊朋友分享她的美食,經朋友介紹開始做起上門廚師來。Flora保留了母親的印尼食譜,有的印尼菜式在香港餐館不是很常見,充滿特色。©mobichef.com
