We’ve organised a chefs’ gathering in Feb as a celebration of the Chinese New Year. Thank you Chef Andy for sponsoring the gathering venue – his farm in Yuen Long. All of us enjoyed the “farm-to-table” cooking + dining experience, shared a lot of laughters. Here are some photos taken:
