Biography
Chef Theodore, former private chef to diplomat and counsel officer at the Consulate General of the United States of America in Hong Kong and Macau, brings over two decades of culinary experience in acclaimed restaurants and hotels across Asia and the United States.
During his 4 years at the Consulate, he has provided customized menus and personally prepared exquisite meals for diplomatic functions, high-level meetings, and special events at the Consulate General. Leveraging his expertise in Western cuisine with a focus on Spanish and American cooking, he caters to the sophisticated tastes of Consulate officers and visiting dignitaries.
In earlier years, Chef Theodore served as Sous Chef at prestigious establishments such as the Discovery Bay Golf Club, and The American Club in Hong Kong. He holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the City College of San Francisco and the American Cooking School.
