Chef Theodore is currently the private chef for Diplomat and Consul officer in the Consulate General of the United States of America Hong Kong. For the past many years in the States, he worked in hotels and restaurants in California and had over twenty years of valuable experiences in hospitality industry. He also worked as a Sous Chef in Regal Kowloon Hotel, Discovery Bay Golf Club and The American Club as well as a Nutritious Chef in Hong Kong.

Theodore graduated from City College of San Francisco and American cooking School majoring in hotel and restaurant management. He specialises in western cuisine especially Spanish and American cuisines.

Chef Theodore's food a very colourful, you can easily tell that the vegetable he uses is very fresh! the food he made is very appetising. I am sure I'll book him again in the future if we look for western cuisine!

Theodore stayed down in the galley for the whole charter which was good as he was not seen by the guests, he arrived on time, had all meals prepared on the times requested by the guest to a good standard. He was well equipped with the cooking apparatus. The guests were impressed with the food quality and the presentation of the meals. the appetisers were delicious, the main lunch menu was very popular especially the salmon, also the chorizo risotto. each meal was well received as were the brownies to finish the day. Theodore was polite professional and hardworking and looked smart in the chef uniform, i would happy recommend him and use him again.
