Chef Rico has spent most of his career in professional kitchens, he currents oversee two Japanese restaurants. He learnt Japanese cuisine starting as an apprentice to a Japanese chef. He is passionate about cooking and looking forward to sharing good food and happiness with Gourmets.

Once I know there is omakase in mobichef, I gather my besties to for this interesting home omakase dining! And mobichef never disappoint as usual. Rico turn my side table to his live counter and we all watch him preparing sushi one by one just in our the dining room! His ingredients are fresh. We all had a great time.
