Chef Rico is an experienced culinary professional with a passion for Japanese cuisine. With a career spanning over a decade, he has honed his skills in various kitchens and currently works as a full-time private chef, showcasing his expertise in Japanese dishes. His menus offer different options of omakase with sushi and sashimi, using freshly flown-in fish, as well as menus of Japanese hot food.
In addition to his culinary skills, Rico is known for his pleasant personality. He enjoys interacting with his customers and sharing his love of food and cooking with them. Rico believes that food is not just about nourishment but also about creating memories and experiences that last a lifetime. If you book an omakase experience with him, he will be happy to set up a live sushi table next to your dining table, providing a unique and immersive dining experience.
