Chef Ling graduated from the Western Cooking Academy. She started her career as a pastry chef and switched to a Western chef one year later.

She pays attention to the source and quality of food, and Farm-to-table is her cuisine concept, so she has her own farm in Kam Tin to grow vegetables and fruits, which are used in the menus she designs.
