Chef Theodore is currently the private chef for Diplomat and Consul officer in the Consulate General of the United States of America Hong Kong. For the past many years in the States, he worked in hotels and restaurants in California and had over twenty years of valuable experiences in hospitality industry. He also worked as a Sous Chef in Regal Kowloon Hotel, Discovery Bay Golf Club and The American Club as well as a Nutritious Chef in Hong Kong.

Theodore graduated from City College of San Francisco and American cooking School majoring in hotel and restaurant management. He specialises in western cuisine especially Spanish and American cuisines.
