Biography

Chef Nicola started in the kitchen when he was young. He has accumulated 20 years’ experience as a chef in Italy and Australia working for different restaurants, including a famous restaurant in the tourist zone in Italy. Nicola finds his passion in traditional Italian cuisine as well as the cooking style in Australia. With the mix of these two styles, he will present delicacies with finesse to all Gourmets!

Nicola is a very nice person and good chef, thanks for bringing us amazing dinner. The Foods is delicious, our guests especially loved his scallop soup.

The Mobi Chef team was very professional - the food was ready ahead of schedule and everything was prepared immaculately. We particularly loved the sea bass which was perfectly cooked and the sauce was very flavourful and complimented the fish well. The presentation for all our dishes was beautiful. The service was attentive and thoughtful. We would recommend mobi chef to anybody who is looking to celebrate a special occasion from the comforts of their own home!
