Born in Hong Kong and raised in the United States, Chef Marc began his culinary training at the age of 16. With a family background in the restaurant industry, Marc developed a passion for cooking from a young age. He has worked in a variety of Chinese and Western restaurants across the United States, gaining valuable experience and drawing inspiration from the diverse culinary landscape of California.
Specializing in bold flavors and a fusion of East-meets-West techniques, Marc utilizes the freshest ingredients to provide a warm and welcoming dining experience for his guests. He believes that great food is one of the most essential elements of life, bringing people together to share good food and laughter with loved ones.
