Biography
Chef Peter has spent most of his career in professional kitchens, including at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong, and Rosewood Hong Kong. He also involved in bar management of a restaurant lately.
Peter is a young and enthusiastic chef. He started learning Western cooking from the Hotel and Tourism Institute and then studied at the Hong Kong Culinary Institute. He is passionate about cooking and is good at cooking in harmony between Chinese and Western. He looks forward to sharing delicious food and happiness with Gourmets after joining the MobiChefcommunity.
