His journey began as part of the opening team at the renowned Curry Leaf House in Kowloon City, and since then, he has worked as a chef in various hotels. Recently, he fulfilled his dream of opening his own Indian restaurant, Indian Chopsticks, where he serves as the head chef and owner. Additionally, Chef Anand has embraced the role of a private chef, aiming to bring the flavors of India to a wider audience. Namaste!
