Biography

Walter Kei is a cheerful chef, food expert, travel blog writer. To fulfill his passion for art and life, he developed his career as multimedia creative director, fashion magazine consultant and various creative roles. In recent years, he stepped into the world of architecture and food, and exchanged many culinary secrets with famous chefs around the world. He also hosted and demonstrated cooking famous dishes in food and travel TV shows.

Walter’s cooking does not focus on the presentation. Instead, he pays attention to the use of ingredients and the layers of flavours in a dish, hoping to share delicious food with foodies in a relaxing atmosphere.

今次臨急搵廚,多得Mobichef 客服服務態度良好,相當專業。Walter的菜式平實,唔花巧,溏心鮑魚做得十分之好,另外鮑汁做了個意粉都很好。雞翼及鹽焗蝦雖是簡單菜式但味道有驚喜。謝謝安排!
