Biography

Violetta was born in Italy near Amalfi Coast. She attended a culinary course in Alba, an origin of truffle. After getting her qualification, she was trained by Michelin star chefs and established Italian chefs, which further developed her interest in Italian cuisine. She was coached in well-known restaurants in Turin and in a 5 star hotel in Montpellier, France. During her time living in Hague, Netherlands, Violetta worked in an Italian restaurant.

Violetta is passionate towards exploring various food combination and specializes in Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines.

Very happy with the lunch. Chef Violetta was creative, friendly and attentive to our gathering. She explained her dishes well and made the meal really Italian authentic.
