Chef Jenny has worked in F&B for more than 10 years. She moved to Hong Kong for career development and started doing private dinners since 2016.

"One thing I have noticed is most of restaurants in Hong Kong focus on how to sell more dishes to generate more business. Some ingredients aren't cooked properly or in the traditional way, and that loses the art and the original way of cooking. I would like to add that element to my dishes and I hope you would enjoy the meal I serve and appreciate Thai food more." Jenny said.

Jenny is also very talented in handcrafting food sculpture, your guests will defintely be amazed by the plating she does.

Most of my dishes can be made in vegetarian style but please kindly let me know how strict you expect from the food I would serve.
Most of my dishes I serve are quite spicy which can be adjusted according to your preference (I make the paste by myself) and I use fish sauce, coriander and shrimp paste as main ingredients in many dishes so please kindly feel free to let me know if you have any food diet/ restriction.

A very enjoyable dining experience at home! We want to give special thanks to Chef Jenny who did a very great job in preparing all the dishes and all of us enjoyed the meal so much! We especially love the crab meet in yellow curry and grilled beef salad! The pork ribs in Thai soap is also very well chosen, not too fat or too thin. Overall my family has a great time :)

Chef was really nice and was flexible and able to use all the utensils we have. Her assistant was also great and both of them were quite clean and tidy and professional.

Food was great, the soup wasn't as spicy as we had thought just cos we asked for less spicy and after some comments, Chef altered slightly for the other dish and taste great, very authentic Thai cuisine which you cannot taste in restaurants.

Private dining by Jenny was amazing. She is a passionate chef, and is presentable. Jenny handcrafted the pumpkin for the minced meat dish which is definitely photogenic! We were all happy, thank you Jenny!
