Chef Freddie specializes in traditional Chinese vegetarian cuisines. Having strong enthusiasm towards cooking, he worked in the industry for over 24 years and gained professional experience in various restaurant chains and cafeterias, including Cathay Pacific Catering Service, Hang Heung's Kitchen, etc. Freddie’s cuisine includes not only both traditional Chinese and Western vegetarian dishes, but also Buddhist vegetarian meals. His signature dishes are hand-made noodles, hand-made tofu pudding and traditional dish - ginger and sweetened vinegar for vegetarians.

經朋友推薦找到這個平台訂到徐師傅齋菜師傅, 朋友都好滿意, 因為唔係咁易找到做得好的齋菜廚師, 仲要係上門做。屋企食又舒服, 靜靜地朋友傾計一個晚上, 十分感恩!
多謝師傅用心製作齋菜, 因為幾個朋友都食齋多年, 我又擔心自己煮得不好, 今次真係無選錯, 個梅菜芋頭是大家一致讚賞的美味菜色, 送飯最佳, 前菜個菇好入味, 原來製作有秘訣師傅都同我們分享, 廚師好有禮貌, 另外值得提是他的菜都不會好似出面咁油油膩, 好健康。
