Biography

Chef Adrian has more than 30 years of cooking experience. In early years, he worked in Dubai and Switzerland. After returning to Hong Kong, Adrian joined King Parrot Group as the Executive Chef, focusing on managing the group's Chinese Restaurants. He then worked in The Night Market, Taiwanese restaurant, as Executive Chef. Chef Adrian would now cater for MobiChef’s Gourmets as a personal chef.

Chef Adrian is concerned about the freshness and quality of the ingredients. He gets fresh seafood from Sai Kung and choose each ingredient carefully by himself. He looks forward to meeting you to share the best Chinese cuisine experience!

My first Shanghainese experience with the platform and an enjoyable experience.

Chef Adrian 嘅出品好好,在坐客人對上門廚師服務都大讚。

當晚有兩度菜特別深刻,就係黃金蝦同糟鹵烤雞。

黃金蝦,原來廚師用新鮮嘅牡丹蝦製作,再轉用日式雞油嘅方法去整,可以話自己未食過更好食嘅黃金蝦。

糟鹵烤雞,用酒糟預先醃左隻雞一晚,再烤熟,之後再好似炸子雞咁淋滾油,令到隻雞皮脆肉嫩。

一定會推介比朋友訂。
