專業中菜師傳Patrick採用新鮮食材烹製各式中菜,從家常菜到宴客菜餚都難不到他。 在粵菜文化中成長的他,自不然認為湯水是廣東餐桌上不可或缺的元素,正因如此,我們在他設計的上門私房菜單中必找到湯水。

Patrick現任私人會所餐廳的主廚,負責監督廚房操作和設計菜單,這不僅包括正宗的中菜,還包括中亞混合的佳餚。他亦曾在數碼港艾美酒店和北角海逸酒店的中菜廳,還有一些本地菜館工作,經驗豐富。

Delightful bespoke shanghainese inspired dinner menu by Chef Patrick.
Beans, cold abalone, clams, braised chicken, Zhenjiang ribs, .. the menu was well thought out.
Patrick’s recipe for “Dan Dan noodles” was very delicious and unique.
Highly recommended.
The food was tasty and well presented.
Chef Patrick was punctual, organized and hygienic in his preparation of the food.

Chef Patrick is very professional and friendly making our dinning experience very enjoyable. Most important of all his menu is inventive and every dish stay up to expectation. He will be recommended to friends and will be invited for future home dinning.

Chef Patrick arrived well in advance- 3 hours before the dinner time- to prepare. He was clean, efficient and hygienic. We had a great meal of creative dishes including stuffed lychee with crab, Hainanese chicken with fragrant rice, fries geoduck with beansprouts, braised Taiwanese beef, and dessert with birthday buns. Food was good quality and creative, presentation was nice. Chef Patrick himself is friendly and warm without being overwhelming. Our guests loved his dinner.
Our third time meeting him and will continue to invite him back to our home.

Chef Patrick arrived punctually, 3 hours prior to dinner. He was clean and hygienic, immediately changing into uniform and washing his hands. He kept the kitchen clean and tidy as he prepared and cooked, everything was well timed and tasted good. We had a great chinese menu that catered to everyone’s dietary needs. Chef Patrick was flexible and creative in suggesting alternatives. All the guests were impressed with his cooking and presentation. He was also friendly and warm to our guests, making the whole experience very enjoyable for all.

Chef Shek and his team was splendid. We had a fresh seafood feast of the upmost high quality. Our guests were amazed that they were dining at home. Why go out when you can bring Michelin quality meal at home.

女兒百日宴因為疫情不能出街吃飯,好彩在家也能吃到餐廳的水準!石師傅知道女兒百日專們做了紅雞蛋,而且每個菜都很入味,乳豬好像剛剛燒完那麼脆!水煮魚夠辣,每個菜都好好味!

Thanks to Chef Patrick. Patrick and his wife have arrived 3 hours earlier to prepare our dinner. We had a wonderful family birthday celebration at our home! All the dishes were super delicious. The whole family enjoyed the dinner so much! During this worrisome period, having a cozy mask-free dinner at home feels much safer! Thanks to mobichef.

前菜 - 龍鬚蝦棗
即炸即食,有咩可能會唔好食先得架!外面用麵條包住D蝦滑炸,外脆內彈牙!雖然係好熱氣,但都忍唔住食左兩粒。

湯 - 咸檸檬燉鴨湯
依個湯個名好怪咸檸檬,同埋個湯顏色好清,石師傅解說依個湯係一個潮洲嘅湯水,佢話佢研究左好耐點先唔會令個檸檬有苦味走出黎,我地飲落確得好清新,解返蝦棗嘅熱氣!

主菜 - 藜麥露筍炒帶子
比較少中菜廚師用藜麥下菜,帶子爽口,不錯不錯

主菜 - 鳳梨宮庭豬軟骨
廚師自己帶埋個煲仔黎上菜,賣相十分吸引,豬軟骨炆到好淋,相當入味!廚師用鮮菠蘿配合返,夏天食一流!

主菜 - 古法芝麻鹽焗雞
雞肉唔會好似出面食雞咁乾淨淨。味道不錯,雞肉滑!

甜品 - 腰果杏仁露
當我食落口,覺得點解咁大陣好立克味嘅?廚師問我地除左腰果同杏仁,佢仲落多左一種材料,問我地食唔食到?我就試答麥皮,廚師就讚我犀利咁都食得出!佢話想令到個杏仁露更加企身同埋有少少麥香。

再一次多謝 石師傅 上門煮一餐咁好食嘅晚餐比我地食!
