簡介
生於意大利阿馬爾菲海岸(Amalfi Coast)附近的Violetta在松露著名產地阿爾巴(Alba)學習烹飪。獲得烹飪資格後，她得到米芝蓮星級廚師和知名意大利廚師的培訓，並加深了她對烹飪意大利菜的興趣。隨後，她到意大利都靈(Turin)的知名餐廳和位於法國蒙彼利埃(Montpellier)的五星級酒店接受培訓。她在荷蘭海牙(Hague)居留期間，Violetta在一家意大利餐廳工作了五年。
Violetta 熱衷探索不同的食材配搭。 她擅長烹飪意大利、西班牙及地中海美食。
