Biography
Chef Gary is a highly skilled and experienced chef, with a passion for creating delicious dishes that delight his clients. With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Gary has honed his skills in the hot kitchen of hotels and clubhouses.

Chef Gary began his career as a pastry chef, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a love for creating beautiful desserts. After numerous years in the pastry kitchen, he took the opportunity to work in the Italian restaurant and steakhouse at a hotel. There, he was trained in the hot kitchen for more than nine years, working with chefs from different countries and responsible for VIP events and menu design.

Throughout his career, Chef Gary has maintained a high standard of quality and stability in his cooking, thanks to his rich experience with hotel kitchen standards. He has worked in various positions, from Cook to Chef De Partie, Junior Sous Chef, and Sous Chef at the Harbour Grand Kowloon. In 2020, Chef Gary decided to branch out and become a Private Chef at MobiChef, providing his Gourmets with personalized, high-quality meals.

Chef Gary's expertise and experience make him a valuable addition to the MobiChef platform. He is excited to bring his food to more families and share his passion for cooking with others.

We surprised my husband with a gourmet menu for his birthday and Chef Gary did not disappoint! We tweaked his already delicious menu to include my two fussy-eater kids and we wiped every plate clean. The portions were perfectly sized and the meal was carefully prepared, looking very fancy even on our not-so-fancy home crockery! The lobster bisque was the highlight for the kids but the adults enjoyed every course. Chef Gary was meticulous, well-prepared, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had a very good experience with chef Gary Ng. He is professional, friendly, efficient and punctual. His food was delicious and his menu was very well thought out. Everything was cooked perfectly and he left the kitchen in a very neat state before he left. All the dishes were great, especially his pan fried crab cakes. I will definitely book him again for another event and would highly recommend him.

On time, very friendly and timid chef. He was very hardworking as he went straight to prepping and cooking. He was patient with waiting for my friends to arrive. Once they arrived, the food came out at a very timely manner. Not too rushed nor too long of a gap between each dish. The dishes were delicious, just the right portion! We all really enjoyed the food. Will do this again:)

真的要讚一讚Gary 係我小小嘅廚房都可以煮到個個讚不絕口嘅質素！最特別係個意大利飯Asparagus Risotto，看似普通食落軟硬適中，芝士味好濃！客人大愛！
