Chef Max has over 20 years of culinary experience, including Chinese and Western cooking. Chef Max integrates western cooking techniques into traditional Chinese dishes with a harmony. He focuses not only the taste of food but the presentation of each dish he delivers. He pays attention to details to make sure your private events will be well taken care of.
