Biography

Violetta was born in Italy near the Amalfi Coast. She attended a culinary course in Alba, home of the Italian truffle. After receiving her qualification, she was trained by Michelin-star chefs and established Italian chefs, which further helped her passion for Italian cuisine develop. She has been coached at well-known restaurants in Turin and at a 5-star hotel in Montpellier, France. Violetta worked in an Italian restaurant during the time that she spent in The Hague, in The Netherlands.

Violetta is passionate about exploring various food combinations, and specializes in Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean styles of cooking
