Chef Jack Law has over 30 years culinary experience. He won the “Gold with Distinction Awards” in Best of the Best Culinary Awards held by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. With his rich experience in various hotels as a Chinese Executive Chef and Banquet Executive Chef, he is good at creating innovative Cantonese menus with traditional elements.

特別日子同家人吃素,廚師很好,提前很多帶埋助手來煮我們十多人的齋菜,全用新鮮材料,菌類菜類都是我們喜歡的,合口味。個椰皇湯十分足料,賣相又好。全餐飯都好好,沒什麼剔挑呢,下次賀壽又可以請師傅來煮素。感謝付出!
