簡介
現職為私人廚師的Agnes自小在巴西鄉村長大,樂於為她的朋友烹飪。因此而引起了她對食物營養學的濃厚興趣,進而修讀並獲得營養學學位。她近年移居中國內地及香港,在此期間她亦不斷研究各種美食、著名菜餚的歷史背景及食材。
Agnes透過多次參加在美國、歐洲及亞洲的烹飪工作坊和課程深入接觸西餐和高級美食的烹飪知識。此外,她以優異的成績在一間香港廚藝學院畢業並獲聘擔任烹飪導師。
Agnes處理食材方面有豐富的經驗,而且設計菜單時會考慮客人的營養需求和盡量使用有機食材。她選擇成為私人廚師的初衷是希望可以烹調既美味又健康的菜餚。
