Biography
Chef Yip is a very experienced Chinese chef. He started his career in Fook Lam Moon in 1982 and has worked in Chinese restaurants of various hotels. In addition to the traditional Cantonese cuisine, Chef Yip often explores new ingredients for Cantonese dishes and creates innovative dishes.
Chef Yip likes to share his culinary stories with guests. He has also designed a vegetarian menu, providing gourmets a healthier option.
Chef Yip can only speak in Cantonese and Mandarin.
