Enthusiastic and dedicated chef Luca aims to provide the best food to Gourmets, he loves to share his passion as a chef. He has Executive-Chef experience, his style of cooking is an Italian contemporaneity, he cooks Italian but looking to the future, uses traditional cooking techniques and the newer ones, giving more textures in his dishes.

If the party is up to 18 guests I will do a site inspection within 5 days prior to the dining day. I will arrange it with you through messages once your booking is confirmed
Please hire one waiter from MobiChef if there is no domestic helper to assist table service
I will arrive 3-4 hours prior to the dining time
I am sorry that I do not go to outlying islands
I will bring 1 kitchen assistant for cooking work if there are over 10 guests

這次吃的是LUCA 的意大利菜.

很友善的意大利廚師.

頭盤是帶子, 煎得很香, 帶子中間很甜, 用料十分新鮮. 打的泡沬和豆也很好.

第二道菜是我的最愛. 水波蛋再配了溶化的藍芝士. 重口味, 但很和諧的一個配搭. 滿分.

第三道菜是意式雲吞, 很香, 咬口也很好.

主菜是煎魚, 油脂豐富. 包括這個主菜, 整個菜單配一瓶木桶較長, 厚身的白酒就很完美了.

最後的甜點是熱情果椰絲配芒果軟榚, 清新的結尾.

美好的回憶, 絕對會再預約.
