Biography

Earlier in his career Chef Jason worked in pastry kitchens of various restaurants, that’s why he does impressive desserts for dinners. Jason started to pick up hot food cooking when he was working at The Drawing Room. In 2011, he proceeded his culinary career in the Zuma group and got the opportunity to relocate to Zuma Bangkok.
Those year when Chef Jason stayed in Thailand, he did a lot of Thai cooking, most of them in the Northern style. “I love Thailand, and has been missing the local food there since I am back. I wish to share with Hong Kong foodies the recipes from my local friends and what I often cooked in Thailand via MobiChef.”
Chef Jason’s cooking philosophy is simple – taste comes first. Invite him for a modern Thai fusion night next time when you are hosting, try his food prepared with passion and heart!
