Terry is a passionate young chef doing modern western cuisine infused with Asian flavours. Influenced by his family, especially his mother who is a good cook, he started cooking in his young age, and decided to work in a kitchen when he was 16. After a few years of intensive on-the-job training in various restaurants and Gold Coast Hotel, Terry joined Lily & Bloom in 2014, where he was deeply inspired by Executive Chef Rene on contemporary and creative cooking.
Making use of ingredients from the East to the West, Terry’s menus carry familiar dishes with a twist in details. Terry is now ready to share his creations with you, make a booking with him for your next home dining!
