With 15-year experience in Japanese kitchens, Chef Chin (仟) doesn’t only cook traditional Japanese dishes, he also puts a modern spin on the cuisine. He makes use of Japanese ingredients to create contemporary specialties with international cooking techniques such as smoking and slow-cooking.
Chef Chin is currently a full time private chef. In his menus, you will be able to enjoy food paired with his homemade sauces, that are made from natural ingredients such as fruits.

For BBQ, 5-hour chef’s service included, HK$1,000/hour for additional service time required. I'll bring the required tableware and cutlery for occasion of 10 guests or less (Gourmets do not have to rent); for party having more than 10 guests, please rent "Japanese Tableware" from MobiChef
I will bring 1 assistant, if there are over 8 guests
I will arrive 1.5-2 hours prior to the dining time
I can prepare vegetarian portion for some of your guests

Chef Chin brought us a fabulous Xmas dinner, he prepared food with his heart. Presentation of his dishes was great, with his bring along tableware, it felt like dinning in a Japanese restaurant. With high quality ingredients, the food taste as good as they look. The homemade plum wine is refreshing too!

Dinner was good! Very nice presentation. Only couple things to comment which were the fish was a bit too salty and the dessert was little too sweet. Everything else was good.

We booked Chef Chin on Boxing Day to prepare Boxing Day dinner for 11 guests!
He came in 2 hours earlier with his assistant to prepare the food for the night. We ordered MENU: Just in SEASON.
First, he served us the homemade plum wine to start the night.
and the dishes coming along surprised us all night.
Photos are better than words!
Chef will explain every dishes, very nice and neat setup.
At the end, we had couple drinks together. he and his assistant will clean up the kitchen before they go.
First experience with MobiChef service, and this is awesome!
