Chef Eric, a vegetarian, is fond of Shanghainese dishes, that's why he has started to develop his Shanghainese menu in vegetarian version. His cooking was much influenced by his mother. 2 years ago, he started operating a private kitchen and provide catering service.

Eric is a cooking class teacher for Green Common since they opened. He is passionate about promoting Vegetarian diet and thus shares his recipes through various online media actively.

Nice food, diligent chef, efficient, attentive and informative service provided by chef himself. Good to know various techniques of chef So as to understand more about the dishes and knowing how to appreciate them. Chef even cleaned up kitchen and did most of the dishes before he left. Wonderful experience.

we booked eric to cook for a vegetarian dinner on mother's day as we have a few vegetarians in the group. two families get together to enjoy the dinner. the best thing to dine at home is that we can decorate home as we like. all the mothers were happy. the food is in SH style, we all like that. favourite dishes are 燻魚and 東坡肉, taste good and look good. will recommend my friends too!
