Let&#8217;s try to cook\u00a0at home with\u00a0the recipe below or sign up for Theresa&#8217;s cooking class &#8211; she is very willing to share her secret skills!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><br \/>\n1 whole chicken (cut into 12pcs remove skin)<br \/>\n3 large potatoes (remove skin cut into 4 pcs)<br \/>\n30g ginger slices<br \/>\n10 cloves garlic<br \/>\n5 shallots<br \/>\n100g fresh chili paste\/dried chilies<br \/>\n5 tbsp curry powder<br \/>\n3 tbsp oil<br \/>\n3 stalk lemongrass ( 2 for bruised)<br \/>\n20 pcs curry leaves<br \/>\n400ml water<br \/>\n300ml coconut milk<br \/>\nSalt n sugar (adjust to taste)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Steps:<\/span><br \/>\n1. Marinate chicken with salt. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Cut 3 potatoes into 4 pcs.<br \/>\n3. Blend 30g ginger slices, 10 cloves garlic, 1 lemongrass &amp; 5 shallots in a food processor.<br \/>\n4. Blend 100g dried chilies and mix 5 tbsp curry powder to shallots mixture, mix well.<br \/>\n5. Add 3 tbsp oil to a pot, then add the spice paste, curry leaves &amp; lemongrass, stir fry till fragrant.<br \/>\n6. Add chicken to the paste continue to stir fry &amp; mix well.<br \/>\n7. Once the chicken starts to cook, add 400ml water. Next add potatoes, bring to boil &amp; let it simmer for another 20mins.<br \/>\n8. Add 300ml coconut milk &amp; bring to boil, turn the heat down to low.<br \/>\n**let the curry sit for 1hr before serving to let the curry flavor soak into the chicken &amp; potatoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Chef Theresa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chef Theresa from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is currently a personal chef with home-chef service MobiChef.
