Here he is sharing one of those he often prepares:<br \/>\n\u5e74\u524d\u56e0\u70ba\u5973\u670b\u53cb\u958b\u59cb\u98df\u7d14\u7d20\uff0c#MobiChefLeslie \u4fbf\u958b\u59cb\u5728\u5bb6\u70ba\u5979\u70f9\u8abf\u7d20\u98df\u3002\u9019\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u4ed6\u5e38\u505a\u7684\u83dc\u5f0f\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-537 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mobichef.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Leslie-recipe2.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"616\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mobichef.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Leslie-recipe2.png 800w, https:\/\/www.mobichef.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Leslie-recipe2-600x462.png 600w, https:\/\/www.mobichef.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Leslie-recipe2-300x231.png 300w, https:\/\/www.mobichef.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Leslie-recipe2-768x591.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u73cd\u5bf6\u8611\u83c7\u91ac Portobello Paste<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>\u73cd\u5bf6\u8611\u83c7 Portobello 3\u500b<br \/>\n\u6d0b\u8525 \u534a\u500bOnion 1\/2 pcs<br \/>\n\u751f\u7c89 \u5c11\u91cfCorn starch some<br \/>\n\u6d77\u9e7d\u53ca\u9ed1\u6912\u788e \u5c11\u91cfSea salt &amp; Ground black pepper some<\/p>\n<p>1. \u6d0b\u8525\u53ca\u8611\u83c7\u5207\u6210\u540c\u6a23\u5927\u5c0f\u4e4b\u5c0f\u7c92\u3002Finely dice the onions and portobellos into even size.<br \/>\n2. \u5728\u5e73\u5e95\u944a\u52a0\u5165\u6a44\u6b16\u6cb9\uff0c\u5c07\u6d0b\u8525\u7092\u81f3\u8edf\u8eab\u53ca\u900f\u660e\u3002Turn on the stove on high heat, put olive oil into the frying pan, pan fry the onions until soft and transparent.<br \/>\n3. \u52a0\u5165\u8611\u83c7\uff0c\u4ee5\u5927\u706b\u7e7c\u7e8c\u62cc\u7092\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3\u8611\u83c7\u8b8a\u8edf\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u6d77\u9e7d\u53ca\u9ed1\u6912\u788e\u8abf\u5473\u3002Add the portobellos in, keep pan frying on high heat, until the portobellos become soft, season with sea salt and pepper.<br \/>\n4. \u7184\u706b\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u751f\u7c89\u6c34\u62cc\u52fb\u4f7f\u8611\u83c7\u91ac\u8f03\u70ba\u6770\u8eab\uff0c\u8207\u9905\u4e7e\u6216\u9eb5\u5305\u540c\u5403\u3002Turn off the heat, mix corn starch with 1 tbsp of water, add it to the portobello paste and mix well, in order to thicken the paste. Serve with crackers or breads.<\/p>\n<p>Tips:<br \/>\n&#8211; \u8611\u83c7\u4e0d\u8981\u7092\u592a\u9577\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u8b8a\u8edf\u4fbf\u53ef\u505c\u6b62\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u7e7c\u7e8c\u52a0\u71b1\u6703\u5c07\u8611\u83c7\u6c34\u4efd\u903c\u51fa\uff0c\u8611\u83c7\u91ac\u4fbf\u6703\u592a\u7a00\u3002<br \/>\n&#8211; \u5207\u73cd\u5bf6\u8611\u83c7\u6642\u5efa\u8b70\u7528\u624b\u5207\u788e\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u7528\u6a5f\u5668\uff0c\u6a5f\u5668\u6703\u628a\u8611\u83c7\u5207\u5f97\u592a\u7d30\u800c\u589e\u5feb\u53d7\u71b1\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u65bc\u62cc\u7092\u6642\u4fbf\u8f03\u5feb\u6ef2\u51fa\u6c34\u4efd\u3002<br \/>\n&#8211; Do not pan-fried the portobello for too long, should stop when it becomes soft. Otherwise there would be too much water coming out from the mushroom because of the heat, and the paste will become very watery.<br \/>\n&#8211; the portobello should be diced by hand but not food processor, as machines would cut them too small that shorten the heat-up time, which will also result a watery paste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVegetarian\/vegan food is commonly considered as bland, non-fulfilling or sometimes boring. But vegetables are in fact full of flavours, each has its unique texture, tastes and aroma.
