As many people love seafood, this time, Flora is using different spices and ingredients to make the Sambal sauce. Together with two other common Indonesian ingredients, stinky bean and bean cake, she teaches us to cook an authentic Indonesian cuisine &#8211; Sauteed Prawns with Petai, Tempeh and Sambal. Let\u2019s watch the video below and DIY at home!<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a9mobichef.com<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qeCySDljFNc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sauteed Prawns with Petai, Tempeh and Sambal (Serving for 4)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nRed Chili &#8211; 230 g<br \/>\nPetai &#8211; 150 g<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a9mobichef.com<\/span><br \/>\nTempeh &#8211; 1 pc<br \/>\nPrawns &#8211; 300 g<br \/>\nShrimp Paste &#8211; 1 tsp<br \/>\nIndonesian Sweet Soy Sauce &#8211; some<br \/>\nLemongrass &#8211; 1 stalk<br \/>\nLemon Leave &#8211; 3 pc<br \/>\nCinnamon &#8211; 1 stalk <span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a9mobichef.com<\/span><br \/>\nGarlic &#8211; 5 cloves<br \/>\nPurple Onion &#8211; 5 cloves<br \/>\nGalangal &#8211; 4 slices<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a9mobichef.com<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Steps:<br \/>\n1. Cut the petai to half and wash with water. Dice the tempeh.<br \/>\n3. Devein and wash the prawns.<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a9mobichef.com<\/span><br \/>\n4. Heat oil in a pan. Prepare another wok. Stir-fry the spices.<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a9mobichef.com<\/span><br \/>\n6. Add in shrimp paste and stir-fry. Add prawns, petai and tempeh.<br \/>\n7. Add half of the sliced chili and sweet soy sauce. Taste the flavors.<br \/>\n8. Add the chili left and stir-fry.
