每年中秋節,Leo都會為家人烹調一頓豐盛的晚餐。因應疫情關係,他在食材選擇上偏向於富有高纖維和營養的蔬菜、菌類,以「食補」作爲菜式的設計方向。於是,他發揮創意設計了一個新的菜式-竹笙姬松茸雜菌水晶包,而當中所選用的姬松茸有保健作用,能增加免疫力。長條形的竹笙放在水晶包上,像一個牢靠的屋頂。這道菜式寓意著黃金滿屋,希望家人都身體健康、步步高升。©mobichef.com
