A post-90 believes that taste goes with love. Chef Ching was born and grew up in HK, he is a graduate from HKUST business school, however, he did not follow the main stream after he acquried his BBA qualification. Since he was young, walking in wet market and cooking with mother in the kitchen has become things he enjoys most, this led him to the Chinese hot kitchen and started his career as a Chinese chef.

Ching worked in Michelle-starred Cantonese restaurant such as Forum Restaurant, Celebrity Cuisine. The guidance from the top master chefs not only focus on culinary but also thinking and attitude - how to be a better person - that helped him setting his goals to bring people happiness through food, and to promote authentic Cantonese cuisine and Chinese dining culture.

Being talkative, especially on the topics of food and drink, Ching Loves to share with you his stories in kitchen and cooking tips. Food brings happiness to people while he brings food to you. He hopes your every meal with him can end with satisfaction and smiles.
