Timothe was born in country side of Provence. Herbs, flowers and quality products are the keys of his cooking style.
Chef Timothe had worked at a Michelin restaurant for 7 years. He was head chef of a few French restaurants in HK since 2016. Book to have a contemporary French dining at home!
