Biography

Dim Sum master Pan Tang started his career at Din Tai Fung in 2010. During the 4 years in the group, he was offered the opportunity to work in Taiwan headquarter for a year. The experience in Din Tai Fung laid a solid foundation of his skills in handmade dim sum. Until recent years he has become the Dim Sum Master at Man Mo Café, a contemporary dim sum restaurant at Cat Street that serves creative fusion dim sum. Chef Pan is now available to share his handmade dim sum together with homey Chinese dishes at your home.

當你諗住食一餐中菜嘅時候,其實用一餐西餐型容會合適啲!因為師傅嘅 菜式係中西合璧!普羅旺斯餃 係師傅自己發明,食落好清新,而重點佢係當日係廚房即包即蒸!影完一輪相都唔會凍晒,值得推介!

而甜品蘋果刈包,右係一絕!無諗過用焦糖煮過嘅蘋果加上軟熟嘅中式包,好似漢堡包咁食係咁好食!
