Biography

Native French chef Guillaume’s cooking is inspired by his overseas experiences. His culinary career started at 16 when he was still studying in school. After receiving the qualification in Professional Culinary Study, he has worked in different regions in France and other countries such as Australia, New Zealand, China (SiChuan) and now – Hong Kong.

Chef Guillaume loves fish and other seafood personally and enjoys cooking them in different styles. He is very adaptive to new environment and enjoys taking challenges in a kitchen. Here on MobiChef, you will be able to invite him home to cook one of his French menus, each featuring either traditional and contemporary French dishes.

Thank you very much for chef Guillaume prepared us one gourmet French food dinner held at traditional Chinese fast food restaurant. It was very interesting and fun. The food is fantastic. All the courses are delicious. I seldom enjoy mussels but they are very fresh and tasty. The dessert is refreshing!! Great job!!!

We also like to thank Fanny (CEO of mobichef) who also in person full time look after us that evening. Nice meeting you ^_^

Look forward organize another special night having dinner prepared by chef Guillaume again!! Million thanks!!!! Merci beaucoup!!!!
