Native French chef Guillaume’s cooking is inspired by his overseas experiences. His culinary career started at 16 when he was still studying in school. After receiving the qualification in Professional Culinary Study, he has worked in different regions in France and other countries such as Australia, New Zealand, China (SiChuan) and now – Hong Kong.
Chef Guillaume loves fish and other seafood personally and enjoys cooking them in different styles. He is very adaptive to new environment and enjoys taking challenges in a kitchen.
