  • Please take note that:

  • Chef Chris or Chef Karen will be doing the service. Please check with Concierge before booking if needed.
    In case there is any inconsistency between the translation of the English and Chinese dishes in the menu, the English shall prevail
    We will only bring kitchen assistant for cooking work if needed
    We accommodate dietary restrictions whenever we can (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free)
    We can prepare vegetarian portion for some of your guests
    We will arrive 2-3 hours before dining time for preparation.
