Young and creative chef Tommy specialises in French and Italian cuisine. With professional training at The Upper House, Junon Restaurant and Castellana after graduating from Culinary Art, and valuable opportunities to work closely with Michelin and celebrity chefs in Hong Kong, Tommy is well equipped to deliver high standard fine dining services to our Gourmets.
