Chef Adrian is a culinary veteran with over 30 years of experience, having honed his skills in Dubai, Switzerland and Hong Kong. He has worked as an Executive Chef in some of the most prominent Chinese and Taiwanese restaurants in Hong Kong, including King Parrot Group and The Night Market. Chef Adrian is now dedicated to providing a personalized culinary experience for MobiChef's Gourmets as a private chef.

Chef Adrian is passionate about using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in his dishes. He personally selects each ingredient and sources fresh seafood from Sai Kung to ensure the best possible taste and quality. With his extensive experience and knowledge of Chinese, Sichuan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese cuisines, Chef Adrian is committed to providing a truly authentic and unforgettable dining experience.

Chef Adrian 嘅出品好好,在坐客人對上門廚師服務都大讚。

當晚有兩度菜特別深刻,就係黃金蝦同糟鹵烤雞。

黃金蝦,原來廚師用新鮮嘅牡丹蝦製作,再轉用日式雞油嘅方法去整,可以話自己未食過更好食嘅黃金蝦。

糟鹵烤雞,用酒糟預先醃左隻雞一晚,再烤熟,之後再好似炸子雞咁淋滾油,令到隻雞皮脆肉嫩。

一定會推介比朋友訂。
