Biography
Chef Jenny has worked in F&B for more than 10 years. She moved to Hong Kong for career development and started doing private dinners since 2016.

"One thing I have noticed is most of restaurants in Hong Kong focus on how to sell more dishes to generate more business. Some ingredients aren't cooked properly or in the traditional way, and that loses the art and the original way of cooking. I would like to add that element to my dishes and I hope you would enjoy the meal I serve and appreciate Thai food more." Jenny said.

Jenny is also very talented in handcrafting food sculpture, your guests will defintely be amazed by the plating she does.

I do not go to outlying islands including Lantau Island
I will arrive 1.5 hours prior to the dining time
Most of my dishes can be made in vegetarian style but please kindly let me know how strict you expect from the food I would serve.
Most of my dishes I serve are quite spicy which can be adjusted according to your preference (I make the paste by myself) and I use fish sauce, coriander and shrimp paste as main ingredients in many dishes so please kindly feel free to let me know if you have any food diet/ restriction.
If your kitchen/ venue can't be accessible by a car or van, please kindly contact the concierge for inquiry before placing the order

Jenny was absolutely fantastic! I don't know how she did it, but she managed to put out beautifully plated dishes one after another, all by myself, out of my limited kitchen! Food was absolutely amazing! Perfectly flavoured, perfectly spiced, perfectly executed. Meat was tender, and the umami from the prawns filled the kitchen. The coconut ice cream for dessert for the icing on top! So good! I just so happened to have a Thai friend over, and even he was amazed by the quality and obviously the authenticity of the food. Food aside, Jenny was very sweet and attentive. The kitchen was spotless when she left. "How was the food?“ She asked. "Great" I responded. "Be honest, is there anything you don't like or like the least?" I didn't know how to respond. Everything was just perfect. I cannot be happier with the service. Highly recommend! A resounding 5 stars +! Thank you for making the night for us! Hope to see you again soon Jenny!

Food is good, only the portion is quite small especially the main dish. And the chef is almost 2 hours late than the expected arrival time. Luckily it’s just a casual dinner with friends.

Jenny is a good cook. She is presentable and calm. Even though it’s challenging to cook for a group with limited cooking utensils on the boat, she delivers more than we expect. Chicken is crispy. The prawn cake is fresh. The coconut ice cream which I later found out she made herself is heaven.
It would be a great promotion if she could share more about her dishes to guests.

We chose the Classic Thai Menu for 8 ppl, Jenny and her assistant were professional and friendly. She produced every dish with attention to detail. Presentation was beautiful, serving timing was perfect, serving size was generous, taste was authentically spicy and delicious. Our guests enjoyed it very much. From starters , main course to desert, every dish was unique and well presented, it's definitely not your average commercial Thai meal.
We hope to see her again in our next dinner party.

Great food, very polite and friendly chef. Willing to cater to our taste and created a tailor made menu. Bit pricey given the handful amount of dishes but they are good quality. Coconut ice cream and the shrimp sashimi and Shrimp salad are the best.
Preparation and cooking were also fast but chef was willing to adjust to our eating pace

Jenny cooked us an amazing Thai meal. Food was delicious and better than most restaurants in HK and she was very personable and accommodating to the needs of our guests. We had a young guests who would have had a difficult time with some of the Thai spices and she made a couple of dishes especially for him.

Would definitely hire her again for another event - wonderful meal

A very enjoyable dining experience at home! We want to give special thanks to Chef Jenny who did a very great job in preparing all the dishes and all of us enjoyed the meal so much! We especially love the crab meet in yellow curry and grilled beef salad! The pork ribs in Thai soap is also very well chosen, not too fat or too thin. Overall my family has a great time :)

Chef was really nice and was flexible and able to use all the utensils we have. Her assistant was also great and both of them were quite clean and tidy and professional.

Food was great, the soup wasn't as spicy as we had thought just cos we asked for less spicy and after some comments, Chef altered slightly for the other dish and taste great, very authentic Thai cuisine which you cannot taste in restaurants.

Private dining by Jenny was amazing. She is a passionate chef, and is presentable. Jenny handcrafted the pumpkin for the minced meat dish which is definitely photogenic! We were all happy, thank you Jenny!
