Biography
Chef Dan started his food and beverage life in 1999 studying the Chinese cuisine at school. He starts exploring Western food in 2001 and work in a famous restaurant as head Chef in Australia, this restaurant was later regonised as 2-starred by Michelin. After he returned to Hong Kong in 2005, he has been worked at various high-end restaurants at Yiu Wah Street, L.K.F, IFC and SOHO in Central. He also won an award at a TV cooking show in 2011. In 2013, he started his own catering business and became also a F&B consultant.
Chef Dan is from a Chiu Chow family, he has been cooking Chiu Chow food since he was young. That's why he can easily deliver you a Chiu Chow private dinner too.
