Chef Apple or as her friends call her-Ping Guo Jie Jie was born and raised in " Wan Warh", Taipei. Her family owned a beef noodle shop, where she grew a fascination in the culinary path. In 2010, she married the love of her life and relocated to Hong Kong where ignited her true passion for the creation of contemporary yet authentic Taiwanese cuisine. She uses the best ingredients to ensure that the quality and taste are never compromised.
Apple's signature dish is beef noodles. By using the freshest beef shin which gives the most fragrant taste and has a tender and sought after texture. With her family secret recipe of spices and herbs, she makes the base of the braised beef sauce unique. Chef Apple's home made chilli sauce as well as her Taiwanese sausages are just exceptional.
