在台灣台北-艋舺長大的Apple(蘋果姐姐)自小家中經營牛肉麵店,在自小耳儒目染之下,特別熱衷烹調美食。2010年她出嫁到香港。到香港之後,一直吃不到充滿家鄕味的台灣菜,因此在家中鑽研台灣料理,為求口味地道,食材新鮮,她對食材的要求甚高,認為吃入口的食物都馬虎不得。

Apple 的招牌菜是牛肉麵,她不惜成本採用高價新鮮牛

烏魚子,由蘋果姐姐即場用台灣高粱酒堂弄燒香,切片配上蘋果薄片食,食落出其地清新。
