Biography

Influenced by his father, Chef Arthur has been fascinated by Japanese cuisine during his high school years. He started doing part-time in different Japanese restaurants when he was still studying. He met a very good Japanese master who taught him the attitude doing Japanese food and how to respect food.

hef Arthur never uses additives in his cooking, he loves using techniques to bring out ingredients’ original flavours, and wishes his handmade food would impress foodies who appreciates taste and quality.

My first time having Japanese cuisine from Mobichef. Arthur is young and polite, he is extremely neat and tidy when he cooks in the kitchen. He uses Ingredients from Japan even the eggs and sauces. We can say that his style is not fancy but focusing on taste and quality. Suitable for family dining and cozy gatherings at home for sure
