Influenced by his father, Chef Arthur has been fascinated by Japanese cuisine during his high school years. He started doing part-time in different Japanese restaurants when he was still studying. He met a very good Japanese master who taught him the attitude doing Japanese food and how to respect food.
hef Arthur never uses additives in his cooking, he loves using techniques to bring out ingredients’ original flavours, and wishes his handmade food would impress foodies who appreciates taste and quality.
