Award-winning chef Horace has been dedicated to Japanese cooking since he started his culinary career in 2004. He has been working in various renowned Japanese restaurants in HK and Macau including the Kenjo Japanese Restaurant where he led the team as head chef until its retirement in 2018. He was awarded the 1st runner up in Washoku World Challenge 2017, a qualifying tournament of Japanese cooking techniques.
