Biography

Chef Tim has been working in the kitchen for 20 years, he was the head chef of renowned vegetarian restaurant OVO, executive chef of a French restaurant, and had experiences in various hotel restaurants and the Hong Kong Jockey Club, and finally opened Oggi Italian Restaurant in 2016.

Tim likes to combine the ingredients from different countires, creates new dishes with Western cooking techniques, and features “super food” ingredients to bring more than just taste to Gourmets - the healthy elements.
