Currently the Executive Chef of Italian restaurant Diletto in TST, Chef Patrick has over 15 years’ experience in professional kitchens, including those in hotels The Landmark MO, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, The Excelsior, to name a few.
Patrick specialises in western cuisines and is a creative chef who loves trying new combinations of ingredients from the East to the West. He always has new ideas in developing new dishes. His guests would never get bored at his table.
