National Russian chef Alexander Prus has comprehensive culinary experience in authentic noble and traditional Russian, Georgian and French cuisines. Before he started working in Hong Kong in 2001, he was sous chef and pastry chef in a few restaurants in Moscow and Krasnodar, Russia. Chef Alexander doesn’t only have rich experience in cooking but also restaurant operations.
During these years in Hong Kong, chef Alex has worked in fine dining Russian restaurants Troika, Balalaika, French restaurant Chez Patrick, Darcy & Liz and Modern Tapas IQ Bar & Restaurant in Central.
