Chef Alexander Prus is a highly skilled culinary professional with a wealth of experience in French cuisine. Beginning his career in Moscow and Krasnodar, Russia, Chef Alexander honed his skills as a sous chef and pastry chef before embarking on a culinary journey to Hong Kong in 2001. Throughout his time in the industry, Chef Alexander has not only developed his expertise in cooking but also gained valuable knowledge in restaurant operations.

During his tenure in Hong Kong, Chef Alexander has made significant contributions to the culinary scene. He has worked in esteemed establishments such as Troika, Balalaika, Chez Patrick, Darcy & Liz, and Modern Tapas IQ Bar & Restaurant in Central. Each of these restaurants has provided him with a platform to showcase his culinary prowess and creativity.

Chef Alexander's culinary philosophy revolves around the use of premium ingredients sourced from Europe and Japan. It was our first experience with Mobichef and it was also my birthday. We had the pleasure of having Alex to serve us a delicious Russian dinner. Alex is very friendly and relable. My family and I had a great time.

It was another impressive dinner we have arranged via mobichef! Though Chef Alex is new on the platform but he is a very experienced chef. He is nice and passionate. I invited another family to my home for dinner, and the family enjoyed a lot too!
Chef Alex is from Russia and did an authentic Borscht Soup that my husband recalled it is the taste he tried in Moscow years ago. Not only the food is all tasting, chef Alex focused a lot on the food presentation too, he “wow” us with every course in the menu. the slow cooked lamb racks are prepared to perfection, and he is so kind to accommodate my special request to change one of the main to fish (as I do not eat lamb).
He is very approachable too, we talked about ingredients and cuisines. Will definitely book again in future. Thank you chef Alex!
