Chef Oscar is currently working for a well-known hotel, he has over 12 years of experience in the Chinese / banquet kitchen. Oscar devotes himself to cooking and has been improving and innovating new dishes over the years. He does not only cook Chinese food but also Asian cuisine. He is good at "mixing & matching" ingredients across different cuisines, and hopes to bring Gourmets a new dining experience at their places.
